Was this from the Midnight Towboy episode?
Also, I think half-tones work, but you should also add it on the pacifier (and lower opacity a bit).
But it looks nicely done =)

Midnight Towboy, yes. I didn’t make the dots in the pacifier to make it sort of stand out from the rest.

But for what is this dots grid?

The dots were made because i saw a poster with that effect. So I tried doing them for some of my drawings. If nothing else, to see how it worked out. And to make some variation in my work.
