This new layout makes it so time consuming to se all the deviations in my message center. I have to unwatch a loot of grupes to make it just bearable . It is not what i wanted to do. But my life is to short to waste on doing all those clicks and all that scrooling.

Well, well. DeviantArt is to retire the old website. Replace it with somehing.......????????

Don't take this personal. But i have stoped thanking for each fave or comment. I am still glad for each fave, and do use them as a mesure of how people look at my pictures. But i am no longer going to thank everybody personely. Did it for 12 years, but all good things must have there time. Just don't feel like it anymore.
Had a go at Eclipse. That black is just depressing. Man, i feel down. Scrooling up; down. And some sidewards. I get dizzy.
Everything moved around. Got to use a loot tof time figuring out how to use that site.
I get the feel ing those people writing the codes are just having to many features they want to show they can do. And those wanting to make the site artfull, pretty and easy to use; have been locked up in the basement.
Back to good old geen DA for me.
No core membership for me. If you feel like giving a core membeship, give it to someone who wants it. Not me.

Eclipse and future, no future

So, Eclipse is comming. I am not a core member, so i haven't tryed it. But from the screenshots i have seen and descriptions of how it works, i don't like it. And i read the a loot of people don't like it. I would rather keep the old site. But DeviantArt is going ahead with it.
So, well. It's there website. They can do whatever they want with it. But if some DA staff ever read this. Remember in som way it is people like me, that have looged in almost every day in 12 years; that have been active and posted 2000+ pictures. It is people like me that has been part of what this site is.
So when Eclipse strikes i will see if it works for me. Give it a chanse. But i will not go out of my way with new ways of doing things to make it work. Tere are limits.
In seeing what is comming i have started removing my least popular pictures. Cleaning out. House keping. I will prefere to stay on DA and keep my gallery active. I have had a great time on DA. But leaving and maybe removing all my stuff is a real posibility if Eclipse become the only option. All depends.
